Up late

I was up later than I wanted to be last night, by about two hours. Three guesses why? 
It was so worth it though. And I still feel relatively rested this morning, which is an excellent feeling in the middle of being sick. I guess I slept well. Well, time to get my work out on and then go spread these germs around the office.

Sick is fail

I hate being sick. And yet I always get sick, every winter. Sucks. I should figure out how to counter that at some point. Of course, if I had been working out regularly, my immune system would be stronger and that certainly would have helped. Hindsight I guess.
The girl sitting next to me on the flight to NYC was sick with similar symptoms, so I’m guessing thats where I got this bug. I just hope I can kick it faster than usual because I’m pretty miserable physically, which is hindering my excellent emotional state 
Well, I’m off to work out a little to try and help this fever break. Then a long steam shower to help the mucus situation, and probably more nappage.
